In Transit Transfer

Good day,

There's an In transit transfer where the user entered the item transfer quantity of 5 , 4 was fulfilled and 4 was received. The entire transfer did not move to history. There are other items on the transfer. There is an allocation for the item number, but I am not seeing the document number, and yes we use Field Service.

How can this be fixed?

Regards

Rosemary

    Hi Rosemary,

Thanks for your question.  I see that you were able to resolve the issue last week so that is great news.  And yes, entering the remaining quantity that is left, shipping it and then receiving it to the final destination should finish up the process and move the Intransit document to the history tables.

    Thanks,

Okay I printed a packing slip and saw it was only showing that one item to ship. I entered the remaining quantity and shipped. Then I received the quantity in the sending location, rather than doing a transfer.

That's seems to have fixed the issue, this though was based on other experiences shared via the community.

    Thanks

    Rosemary
