Error While Posting General Journal.

Hai, i am trying to post a general journal to an account while posting it is giving an error

"Document No. 001 is out of balance by 75. Please check that Posting Date, Document Type, Document No. and Amount are correct for each line." any one please tell me what is this error and how to resolve this.

@Paras Mehan you are correct, Balance Account Type and No. field need to mention.

Hi,

I think you did not mention balance account type and balance account no. field. Please mention in line.

If you are posting with two different lines then make sure that you are using same document no. for both lines or not. You have to mention same document no. for both lines.

It seems that your registration is not balanced, check your Debit Amount and Credit Amount for this document 001.
