    Hi,

The commitment Information is on header view, however the mentioned filed is also available on the first fast tab of the line view, too.

you can change that when creating the agreement. however it should be editable later, too.

what is the Status of your agreement? activated or on hold

    is it confirmed?

Is it used in POs or not?

    Regards

    Hi Guys,

Im having issues sharing the screen.

    Bu to answer your question

Adineh : I can see the commitment type on the header, the problem is that it is greyd out, so it says "Product quantity Commitment" but i cannot change it to "Product category value commitment"

And to add, this happens litterly as soon as i create a agreement and select the vendor , so the status is still on hold

    Hi Martin

if you can not see this field in your form or this field dimmed

you need to compare your form and maintain any customization conflicts

    Hi Mahmoud

I can see that field, but i cant select the dropdown to select a diffrent commitment , it is fixed, that is why i think that that field defaults from somewhere

Is there any customization on this form, this is abnormal behavior.

I think changed property all edit to no

    Or enabled to no

    Hi Mahmoud

No , there is no customization on the form , but i agree it is definitly abnormal as it is only on certain creditors,

What do you mean by "changed property all edit to no

    Or enabled to no"

    Regards

    Martin
