I have a situation where I am trying to connect a user with Nav. However I get the message as stated in the Subject.
First Off, Here are some facts:
- Any other users are able to logon to NAV
- We use AD (Windows Authentication) To logon to NAV
- I have check that the server is listening to the correct port number
- I have checked and confirmed that the server IP can ping on client computer
- If I logon to the NAV on the client pc with my own username I get no errors whatsoever with NAV client
This seems to be specific to the user. I would highly appreciate any suggestions as to what could be the culprit for the error. I suspect that since it seems to be user specific, maybe something is wrong with the windows user and the way is was setup by the network admin?
