Hi All ,

Microsoft D365 has come up with AI feature for Customer payment insights (preview) uses machine learning to predict when an invoice will be paid.

Do you have any link for video to know how does it work? and what are all tables and fields consider in AX to arrive late payment predictions?

    Hi sri17,

    As far as I know the feature you refer to is not yet generally available. At Ignite there was a presentation on this a a couple of other new finance features. Please check out those videos to get a glimpse on what is coming up next.
