Unable to submit leave request as a manager

Hi All,
Has anyone experienced any system performance issue while submitting a leave request on behalf of an employee as a manager?
The request time off form does not open and is just stuck in processing.

Leave configured has a daily accrual frequency and the employee is assigned to the leave plan from the employment start date (01/01/2006) and the leave plan date is 01/04/1900.

Is it the enrollment date causing the performance issue?

Please advice.

Thanks

    Hi there,

Did you try in web browser with incognito mode? What error message are you getting?

Can you check if there are any error messages displayed when the issue occurs?
If there are any recent customizations that may be impacting performance issue?
Do others have the same performance issue or the issue impacts specific users?

    Hi All,
    Thank you for your responses.

There is no error message. The page to request time off does not load.
Not sure is it because the leave plan date I have kept as (1/1/1900) or is it because the employment start date is : (01/01/2006).

It is not happening for relatively new employees. I tried in all the browsers still facing the same issue for employees whose employment start date is around 10+ years.

    Thanks,
    Poonam

    Hi,

The leave plan date should not be null (01/01/1900). Please make sure the date is after or on employee date and give it a try.

    Regards,
    Parag Chapre

    Hi Parag,
I tried changing the date to 01/04/1900, still facing the same issue.

    Thanks.
