Where to configure real-time service profile for a Retail Online store in D365 FO

While configuring an online store, the configuration status is pending on real-time service profile.

Seeking suggestion to locate it in D365 FO.

Hi Rahul,

I think in D365 real time service will be activated when activating device.

No need to add in retail store setup, Since everything will be connected through retail server in D365..

Hi All,

i need to activate the online store, But we have some challenges here

1. Real time service profile is showing issue on Configuration status. But online store needs real time service configuration?

2. Online store Publishing status still showing Publishing. how to publish and how to trouble shoot this issue

If you are not using share point you will need to go into the aot and manually set the publish status. I believe there is a share point service which sets the flag

HI,

I'm in need of configuring Retail online store in Dynamics 365 and do you have any steps which we can follow and when we publish the channels then how this publishing jobs status changed to published?

Could please provide if you have any info regarding the same.

You can try to update the publish status as "3" on the RetailOnlineChannelPublishStatus AOT/table.. then try to publsh the Catalog it will work..

You can try this job, this sets the store to published. This does all the online stores, I only had the one, you may want to filter by your store.
