Hi,
My client just upgraded to the current version of GP and when they try to open User Access, they get this error while logged in as the sa user.
dynamics gp get/change first operation on table 'syCompanyAccessSort' cannot find the table
any ideas?
Thanks,
Linda
Thanks Derek!
Linda,
We've actually seen this issue, depending on what version of Dynamics GP we’re upgrading from, going to 18.2.xxxx for Dynamics GP, there is a Tables.New file that doesn’t get ran, which should be adding actually up to 7 new tables, including this SY60101 table.
The Canada Mid Year released for GP 2016 and 18.2 around June 22nd has a fix for this issue.
The tables are the following, so you can verify you have them all:
--syADALTokenCache
--SY01502
--SY01406
--SY10601
--SY10701
--SY10501
--SY60101
Thank you
Hi Linda
You might need to use SQL Maintenance to recreate the Company Access Sort table in the System Database.
Regards
David
