Timeline does not render and shows "Records could not be loaded" for specific users

Hi,

Timeline does not render and shows this message for specific users (Security role is: Vendor or Vice President of Sales):

While for system admin users it's ok.

This error occurs in the following entities: account, contacts, opportunity, quote.

    The problem is solved. Assign the following read privileges to the role:

    AprvReadmsdyn_customcontrolextendedsettings, prvReadactivityfileattachment.

    This seems to be a security role issue.

    Please check the security roles for the users on below mentioned entities: (Users should have read, append and append to permisions)
