When i want to edit the screen layout form, the language is not in english but it shows symbols.

Hi PIRA,
The cause of this issue is a recent update where Microsoft removed a font. One fix for the issue is to change the font for your button grids. Alternately, you can run the below query to update all button grids.
UPDATE RETAILBUTTONGRID SET FONT='Arial'
