Fixed Assets not depreciating items

We have our first asset in one of our companies; however, the depreciation won't run and we receive an error message and can't figure out how to correct it.  Below is the asset book record and the error message we received.  Any insight would be appreciated.

    For odd FA errors, rebuilding the FA Calendar is a good place to start.
