I want lookup as hcmworkerrecid added to form. all worker names with images and extra details opens. how do I do that??

Take a look at HcmWorkerLookUp form. You can extend it or make your own lookup form with all field what you want.

You can implement you own custom lookup via 'Lookup w/ Preview' form pattern. If you want to extend the above stated lookup then do as Rustem dictates.
