I am trying to configure a portal and I filled in the General Settings, Portal URL and the instance but "Submit" is greyed out. All the other fields appear ok. I did reset my portal earlier today if this has anything to do with it.

I reset the portal in my environment and then configure it. Without this problem, the Submit button is available.
So please confirm if all the options are set, as shown in the picture:

Also, please clean your browser cache and cookies, try another browser to see if it works.
