We are in the final phase of implementing Customer Service portal for our customers, but feels that the portal comments feature is a potential showstopper. Are there any planned updates in the near future?
I hope for a lift regarding dialogue, notification and the handling of comments within Dynamics. It feels a bit like the past.

There are currently no Microsoft documents mentioning updates to the feature in question.

Maybe you can suggest users to use notes in portal If they don't want to use portal comments,

Thanks for answering. Looked into notes, but don't think it meets our requirements either.
Let's hope there will be some news soon, with a dynamics touch to the conversation function.
