Hi Can we separate a specific devision or specifi region ior specific people in an organization to change E-mail launguages or marketing web site? Shall we create a specif field such as "language" in customer table?

Are you trying to send email in different language to match Customer's language? If so, a language field that has correct data along with Conditional content feature in RTM (or #if in outbound) can achieve this. If this is not the scenario then please explain a bit more what you are trying to achieve.
