We are beginning to link all of the Contacts and Accounts in our Dynamics system to their corresponding LinkedIn record, but we do not have an easy way to tell which records have been matched and which haven't. I have seen two fields in Dynamics (li_companyid & li_membertoken) that seem like they would have the info I want, but they both seem blank for all records (even ones I know have been linked). I also noticed when merging Contact records that there are sections called "LinkedIn Member Profile" and "LinkedIn InMail" that just have the Last Name field listed below them. I think this is just the standard Last Name field associated with the Contact, and I can't tell if data here means that the record has been linked. Is there a field / column that I can display in a View to allow us to easily sort / filter our records based on what has been matched? If there isn't something native in a view, can I connect to the CDS to pull any fields that have this info for display somewhere else? Right now, we are just clicking through records one at a time to see what has / hasn't been matched, and it is very tedious. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you!
Hi Chris, according to the documentation, the "Source" field of the Lead should contain a "LinkedIn Sponsored Content" value.
Is that the case for you? Can you check on this value on your Leads?
docs.microsoft.com/.../review-leads
I believe it is worth checking also here:
docs.microsoft.com/.../review-leads
This might give you additional hints on what to query to retrieve your required information.
Kindly let me know if that helps.
