Little screen that shows person on other side of the call disappears

Hi Team - My client started a Remote Assist PoC with an iPhone. They have a problem where little screen, pointed with blue arrow in below picture, that shows other person on the call, which disappears regularly.

 

Do we need specific setting for this little screen to appear all time?

Is there specific condition that this box pops up - e.g. only pops up when other person is speaking
