Subscription Center has expired - How do I get it back?

Hi

Our subscription center default page (as described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/dynamics365/marketing/set-up-subscription-center) has gone to an expired state. The linked page is very explicit about not deleting the page as it's connected directly to the fabric and it's not possible to recreate in the same form without reinstalling (which I really don't want to have to do).

In its expired state it seems like there's no way to 'unexpire' it, which we would like to do as this was done in error.

Has anyone encountered this situation and does anyone have a solution?

Thanks

Nick

Thanks. I did it in Power Automate rather than a workflow, mainly because Dynamics itself told me to, but this was the answer. Much appreciated.

    Hi Nick,

It seems that the marketing page record was somehow deactivated.

To reactivate it, you could create an on-demand workflow to activate it again manually.

    The workflow:

Step of updating the marketing page:

In Inactive marketing pages view, select the expired page and run the workflow for it.

Wait for 5 seconds and then refresh page to check whether the page is reactivated.

Now it will be in draft status so we can go live the page again.

Thanks for the reply - it's made me realise I haven't given enough information. The actual record in Dynamics is in a state of "Expired" and I think this is the problem.

    Thanks again

    Hi Nick,

Try Defne's solution and check whether it would work.
