    Hi,

Document are stored in SharePoint does not have any reference in CRM. So you can't use an advanced Find query.

    Please refer to this discussion:

    Hi,

You can have this information with advanced find, but we have two distinct cenarios:

1º - using sharePoint integration - docs stored in sharepoint?

    4807.Captura-de-ecr_E300_-2021_2D00_01_2D00_19-120619.jpg

This way you will have all list of document locations related to entity type: contacts

Now you only need to configure the atributes of the list

    or

2º Using notes to attach documents - docs stored in DYN365 DB?

The notes you can do in same way but in notes entity

    Hi,

OOB - it is not. As suggested before, you don't have references for documents in CRM.

However, you can write a power automate to update a flag on Contact whenever the item is created on SharePoint under contact folder.

    Thanks,

    Prateek

    Hi,

Yes, I understand what you want to mean.... but i havent´t understand/realized the exact scope:

First we need to understand the exact scope

Where he store the documents? - in notes attachements or in sharepoint - (Sharepoint connector).

If it´s in sharepoint We can suggest to search with advanced find with some extras.... :)

For example something like what you suggest: let´s see an way to da that:

1.Create a PA that see when a new file (document) in sharepoint it´s stored

    2. automatically fills in a custom field (two option) in sharepoint location documents related to this folder in DYN365.

This way you can use the advanced finder...Yes or not? ;)
