How can I make it so if one item is on a sale, they get another for a price of 0?
Also, in some cases they buy one and get two for free.
There is no such functionality in standard Business Central.
In Business Central you can give a discount in % or amount either line based or order / invoice based.

Hi, As mentioned by several experts above, this requires customization.
But I think there is an element of human judgment here, so I suggest it would be better to manually go to modify the quantity and unit price.
