Hello,
I am On Prem using the new UI and I can't seem to locate the Audit area any longer. I have looked under the Related tab on the form and it doesn't appear. How can I get it to show up?

You need ensure check ‘Auditing’ option for any entities you need.
Go Settings > Customizations > Customize the System > Entities to click one entity that you want.
Save and publish.
Then you can find ‘Audit History’ under ‘Related’ tab.

I have the audit box checked already and still nothing under related. Again, this for on Prem v9.0.21.8, not online.

You can refer document that I provide above, which can help you audit entity history.
I'm afraid that's one of the gaps between on-prem and online version of UCI. You could use an approach similar to this - crmtipoftheday.com/.../ but obviously you will have to compose the proper URL for the Audit grid.
