Attachment Preview PDF duplicate pages

Hello,
 
we have sometimes the issue that in a Case the content of a PDF is displayed twice for user A. (In the preview Page 1 appears twice, page 2 appears twice). For another user the contact appears correctly (One Page 1,  one Page 2, one Page 3...).
 
Anyone know how to solve this kind of behaviour?
