My client requires a 'safety check' every day which must be ticked off by field technicians before they can start working for a job. Only if they perform this safety check, they should be allowed to update any job for that day. They also require that technicians should be allowed to update for work orders which is scheduled only for that day. They should not allowed to update work orders scheduled for future.
With D365 app, they can just login for the day and start working; or can open any future work order and make changes.
Unfortunately, they require it per day. They already have few safety questions in the job. Before they start their day , client wants to force technicians to say, I am good to start for the day.
Hi.
It looks like you could help it with training and some report. If you need to add all the checks above you will need JavaScript on the mobile app.
I am not sure if you need one 'safety check' per day or per job. Normally, the field tech has to do for each job as the site could be different and it would have different hazards.
I have been using Service Task with Inspection. It would be the first task on the top of the list for the technician to complete.
