What are the label printing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2015) that a producer / manufacturer can use to print product package labels that will have product ingredient data, bar codes and product logos, etc.?
Are their add-on 3rd party solutions or integrations that work with Zebra printer or intermec (PM43) printers?
I would suspect it will use data from the Item cards and be able to support 2, 3 or four images (brand logo, USDA, trademark, etc.)

Ronald McVicar ,
is it possible to predefined your label template as several category ?
because on your case either Printing user or the Item card field have to make the decision what kind of label has to be print ....
[Just check for u...]
if you cant decide it definitely you have to go for the 3rd part app
You need to create customized report to cater this requirement
mmm...
you can use report builder on Microsoft SQL Server
but your your requirement is bit of advance , we have design it just only one template on data might be vary
on your requirement seems like data and template also change ,
this might be possible
Thanks for the reply. So the for the box label, product label, or case label: the design (style) or placement of data, logos, fonts, text, etc. on the label format is done in either Word formatted reports or SSRS (RDLC) or is there a separate GUI for label templates? Basically every finished good is its own separate label: design. Data passed through are product ID (Item code), case, lot, weight and ingredients, etc. some labels have no logos and others can have between one or for logos / images.
Hi Ronald McVicar ,
Exactly yes ! you can do this , you can make Barcode/QR CODE integrated with your item card or where you need [we already did it]
you dont need any 3rd party application to run on this ,you can make it through NAV development as a customization , and simply plug your printer and send it to your printer
