I've configured a role that permits only the Technical owner to add users to Technical Leads using the 'Access Team Template,' and it works as intended in the Dev and Test environments. However, in UAT, Technical Leads can add users to Technical Leads. I imported the solution with all security roles and verified consistent settings across all environments, and everything seems identical. Any insights on why the role isn't functioning as expected in UAT?
I encountered the same issue as you in my testing.
Users in the team template can manually add other users to this team template.
You can set the Create permission for the User Entity in this user's security role to None.
This way, the user can't add new users.
