There is problem while invoicing multiple project proposal

Hi All,

When I am posting multiple project invoice proposal, it should create two journals with reports in their respective report format which is working fine except if I I post customer retention release proposal with subscription proposal, it posts fine for customer retention release with correct report (PSACustRetentionReleaseInvoice) format but subscription proposal in customer retention release format which is wrong and correct format (PSAProjInvoice) should come.

When I run this  subscription transaction from project invoice journal after, it is rendering perfectly in PSAProjInvoice which is correct.

Thanks,

Raziq.Ali

    Hello Mohammad Raziq Ali,

Can you let us know more about your issue and how you posted the multiple invoice proposals (from Project contract Level, through the periodic invoicing function, etc.)?

Depending on your process steps, can you define more precisely what you expect from AX given your project invoicing scenarios?

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

I posted from project invoice proposal which is shown below.

When I am invoicing Customer retention release proposal individually, its journal renders correct report which is PSACustRetentionReleaseInvoice.report and when I  am invoicing Fee-subscription proposal individually, its journal renders correct report which is PSAProjInvoice.report but I invoice these two proposals together at same time then Customer retention release journal creates correct report but Fee-subscription Journal renders the wrong report which is PSACustRetentionReleaseInvoice.report.

My question is why Fee-subscription proposal renders in customer retention release report format which is awkward.

If I run report this same Fee-subscription journal from project invoice journals, it renders correct report.

Please let me if you would like to know more on this.

    Thanks,

    Raziq.Ali

    Hi Raziq.Ali,

In the project invoice proposal form there is a print management setup button/feature available.

Have you made any changes to this setup?

If you modify the setup there, that is, if you overwrite the invoice formats that you see, can you get the report formats that you expect?

In addition, if you have a look at the project contract related to your projects for which you create an invoice, can identify and possibly change the invoice template that you see there in a way to match your requirements?

    Hope this helps,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

I checked in both setup (proposal form and project contract form), report formats are same as expected, I didn't make any changes here.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Raziq.Ali
