Hey,Ive set up 2 journeys (one in real time marketing and one in outbound marketing) that just send out an email after a form submission and im wondering how long it takes for a contact to join that journey. I would like to send a brochure after somebody filled out a form and double opted in and this needs to happen immediately but it seems like it takes some time. What are the official numbers here? I have an outbound reply email setup based on a segment, which again is based on Behavior = specific form submitted.
The response works here pretty fast, as behavior segments updates (to my experience) on an active trigger, rather than a frequency update (every 10-15 min).
Realtime is within 1 minute.
Note: As I haven't figured any way to make the Outbound segment clear members (e.g. on time since submit etc.) a form submitter will only be included in the segment once, hence submissions after the first submission will not trigger the response email.
For me the Real-time takes about the same ammount of tima as outbound. What type of trigger did you set up in realtime?

so for realtime marketing it goes out immediately but in outbound it takes time. Why is that, shouldnt the trigger work the same?
