Is there a way to know what an assigned role in F&SCM enable a user to do? A user need to do some transactions in F&SCM but i don't know what role to give them. For example if a user is trying to create a credit memo and read customer account but not edit it. How can I know what role to give them?
When you go to the Security configuration form, you can select a role and click on View permissions. Then you will see the permissions for all menu items, data entities, tables, and other securable objects part of the role.
A role with only these two functions doesn't exist. You can create a specific role for this requirement. To get started, you can use the Security roles process maintain form in the new Security governance features where you can use the task recorder to create new privileges. If you then navigate the tasks that should be included, it will record the menu items for you.
