E-Invoicing for Sweden - What format to use

Hello

I am looking for information of what type of format to use for setting up Swedish E-invoice. I am currently using Peppol Sales Invoice
but that might not be the correct format?

Any tips on links?

Hi Kristina,

The standard for electronic invoices formats has been implemented for the following countries:

Denmark, Norway, Austria, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Nevertheless, the Peppol can be used “as is” if no country-specific amendments supposed or can be used as the base for further modifications depending on the actual situation.

Hi Kristina,

If the e-Invoice format in needs to be Peppol bis 3.0, you can use OIOUBL format from Microsoft repositories. I can find that this is supported for Sweden.

You need to have Swedish VAT-numbers with 14 characters.
