Business rule seems to be broken , can't be updated or deleted

Business rule seems to be broken , can't be updated or deleted . this is the error: "cannot delete an active worflow definition" & "cannot update a published workflow definition" the business rule can't also be modified , in none of his fields.

    Have you deactivated the Business rule before updating or deleting it?

    yes , it can't be deactivated , seems the crm can't access at this record property correctly .

    Hi Icaro,

    The business rule cannot be updated unless it's deactivated first. Whenever you try to update, you will find it dimmed.

    From the error message you mentioned, it seems that you were trying to save the BR while it's active. Can you try to deactivate it as Leah mentioned? if not working from the solution, can you try from within the BR itself? it shouldn't make a difference but just to double confirm.

    can't be deactivated also inside the roule page .

    i'm in contact with the official support cause seems to be a bug .

    Odd.  I created a test rule in my SBX and was able to deactivate it.  Is your environment updated to most current? (probably not the cause, but just asking in case)
