Hi,

Is it possible to create questionnaire with scores and evaluate based on the answer providd by employee?

    Hi,

    You may use Result groups to attach questions to a questionnaire and evaluate questionnaire results and respondent’s score for each result group that you set up. A result group is used to calculate points and categorize the results of a questionnaire. The following Docs might be help as well.
