Business Process Flow Last Stage Not Visible

Hello,

Within Dynamics 2016 on-premise environment, a Business Process has one more final stage that is not visible or able to be selected, unless we are in the prior stage and choose the "Next Stage" option to make the last stage active.

When using the arrow options highlighted in red, the final stage is still unable to be shown.  My suspicion is that this final stage is maybe hidden behind the Arrows and Next Stage option.   Is there a way to make this final stage visible to users, other than forcing them to make this final one Active?
