Get msdynunsubscribeid parameters via API

Hello,

is it possible to retrieve the msdynunsubscribeid parameter for the personalized subscription center via API to generate the link to the subscription center in the CMS. I would like to give logged in users in the CMS the possibility to maintain the data themselves. But I only know the possibility to send the link via email from the CRM.
