Customer Voice Response is not in Dataverse

Hey, so I created a form back then in early 2021 and the responses were added to Dataverse just fine. However recently, the submitted responses are not added to the Dataverse Table: Customer Voice survey response. I tried to create a new form and the responses were added just fine, however the responses from my old form are still not added to the table. Is there any way I can find a way to add the responses of my old form to Customer Voice survey response? Thank you in advance!

    I am interested to know more about this too.... how can customer voice responses be tracked back to Contact records? Currently I only see the results in customer voice itself, but not on the entity record.. thanks to further clartify this.

    I don't have any issues currently, I just would like to understand how to make a response visible on a D365 CE contact when he/she replies to a customer voice survey. Currently this is only visible in customer voice itself, not on any record. thanks to further explain this. KR

    Survey invites and responses are stored as activities in Dataverse. They will appear in activity timeline for the contact. You can find how the data is stored in Dataverse here: docs.microsoft.com/.../entity-reference.

    Dear Sanjay,

    I have created a customer voice survey with alerts & satisfaction metrics. Though every time a contact fills in the survey (that is part of a marketing email), the customer voice alert is never appearing on the contact when it is lower than the set alert rule. Though in the insights of customer voice you can of course see all the insights & replies, but I would expect this also ties back to D365 CE to each contact that replies (more specifically to the timeline of the contact). Can you please advise why this is not happening. Thank you.

    I would like to know if there is any update on this issue. I'm facing the same issue. Yesterday Customer Voice survey response was created normally, while today neither of 3 response records were created. I'll send an email on customervoice@microsoft.com, but I would like to know if there are any udpates.

    I have contacted customervoice@microsoft.com and the issue was resolved within few hours and everything works just fine now.
