Can we restrict the attachment modification in Purchase order, invoices and JVs and only specific user can changes them with having access rights.
This will restrict by default so that any of the users cannot perform any changes without anyone's consent.

Hello Kumawat,

If you only want to have restrictions on certain modules then it is not available by standard.

However, if you do not want any customization, then you can try using permission. This will apply to all modules though.

Simply give 'Insert' permission to table data Document Attachment (1173) for all users while giving 'Modify' and 'Delete' permission to specific users.

There is no out of the box solution for this. You have to customize by adding a boolean which indicates who can edit like user Setup.

In OnModify trigger of the document attachments table, you can check whether user has access to change or not.
