French Language when i send a BC link

I have sent a BC link this morning and noticed the language has changed to French , i have not made any changes to my settings. Any idea why and how i can resolve please.

Hi,

I would suggest check the below

1. Check the language setting in Business

2. Check the M365 language setting

3. Clear the cookies from browser
