Question with regards to IT Audit: How can I pull a customized report (to my company) showing the health of Dynamics365 Finance & Operations service in past year? It should show the compliance of Dynamics365 service to the SLA the company has with Micosoft.

you can use LCS Reports but not sure whether its available for the past year because most of the reports hold only the last 30 days' data.

Thanks Amith. The LCS report is very detailed. Is there a dashboard where I can see just the SLA relevant issues conflicting compliance?

Hi Daniel,

You should use office 365 to see the history information docs.microsoft.com/.../view-service-health

LCS is showing only last 30 days
