Syncing Outlook calendar with CRM Dynamics 2011 calendar

Hi there,

We still run on CRM Dynamics 2011 and I am wondering if there is a way to sync it with Outlook calendar. I would like all my Outlook Calendar meetings to be pushed into CRM.

You will need to install and configure the Outlook client (make sure you install the correct version and updates). Automatically pushing all appointments to CRM is not possible however you can "Track" new and existing appointments and they will be pushed to CRM.

The base install of the Outlook CRM Client can be found here:

Then you are going to want to read this:

and then this:

The trick to making this work successfully is the correct combination of configuration settings in both the System Settings, Personal Settings as well as the within the CRM Diagnostics Tool. The different combination of settings can be very confusing so I would recommend working with an experienced partner/consultant to get it right the first time. Good luck.
