
i am working on omnichannel for customer service app, i just want to know that is it possible to access end button on communication pannel and on click of this end button can we triiger javascript functions. is there any way to access this button in ribbon work bench and customize it.
my requitement is to call javascrpit function once the end button clicked and perform my actions.

Unfortunately, you can't access end button on communication pannel.
The conversation can be in an open or closed state, and can have the following status reasons:
And the status of conversation will be changed to 'wrap-up' if agent click end button, perhaps you can use the change of status reason as a trigger.
