
I have an expense policy where receipts are required. However for 2 Expense Categories (meals and Mileage) it is not required. I have tried to add the condition and the "Expense Category" does not equal Mileage but it is still requiring a receipt. Any ideas on how to solve?

Could you go to Feature Management and in the "All" section, please verify if you have the "Expense policy evaluation for receipts required" enabled.
If you do, could you please disable this one and do the test? Thanks.
