Find Sent Emails and Processes on D365

Is there a way to find ''Sent Emails'' from dyanmics 365?
And to check if there is a process/flow to send an email to specific email?
 
 
I have this issue where Dynamics is sending an email to X email of ours. but I cant find the reason if it part of an old flow or anything else.
