    Hi Nakib,

I will leave this thread for the community to answer to see if anyone has done an integration with Bartender.

    Hi Nakib,

Can you tell from what processes you need to print labels? Probably, you can use Power Automate to react on business events and send the required information to Bartender.

Microsoft had a certain Bartender integration in mind, but postponed it to a future release.

F&O doesn't need BarTender to print labels. It needs ZPL, which it can send directly to the relevant label printer to trigger the label print.

You could use BarTender designer to create the label design, and then I believe you can do Print to file, which will output a text file containing the ZPL for the label design. You need to be careful that BarTender designer is outputting the design as commands, and not encoded some of it in an unreadable string.

Once you have the ZPL, you can insert placeholders for the values (Item number etc), as described here

It has been implemented and released in 10.0.34. More details can be found here: cloudblogs.microsoft.com/.../

Although D365 F&O integrates with BarTender now, it uses a Personal Access Token that expires every 10 days.  This is good for testing but not advisable in a Production environment.  BarTender has the option to use Oauth or Password-based but you can't integrate it to D365 F&O without doing further C# coding.  Has anyone here successfully integrated D365 F&O with BarTender using Oath or password-based authentication?
