Subscription Center HTML Link Error

Posted on by 93

Subscription-Center-Error.jpg

So I'm trying to get our Unsubscribe button up and running, and I created a subscription center that goes to an external site. I did this because eventually we are going to have 3 unsubscribe buttons, so just altering the default is a non-starter. For whatever reason, Dynamics doesn't recognize my href tag as valid. When I just paste it in the email with it being an href tag it still doesn't recognize it. The only thing it recognizes it if I use the default, which I can't use for the reasons stated above. What am I doing wrong here?

RE: Subscription Center HTML Link Error

    Hi,

The link of subscription center can only be recognized with dynamic content.

But you can set one of them as a default one with dynamic content and set the rest ones with static content.

Then it will not show the error message.
