resolve case dialog

Resolve case dialog is not visible in service management/ service configuration settings.

but It should be from the 2020 release wave 1 from Februari

I want to adjust the resolve case menu.

    I went to the above, I see that the following update is the 2020 release wave 2, met database version is 9.1.0000.23753 so I think that release wave 1 is installed but I can't find the menu back to change the case dialog...;

    You can go power platform admin center(https://login.microsoftonline.com/) to set it.

    It's available to everyone, I think, but you might need to go to your environment settings and apply it?

    Doesn't every body receive the 2020 wave 1 release, or is this depending on the contract?

    Do you mean that you can’t see following setting?

    In this 2020 wave 1 release, Microsoft has given us the ability to Customize Case Resolution FORM. And selecting resolve case dialog is one step of modify case resolution dialog box.

    if you not in the 2020 wave 1 release, you need write a custom plugin and it is some lengthy process as compared to this customized Case Resolution Dialog.
