class name not showing for batch job creation

I need help on how to get the class name displayed for adding task to new batch job created.

In my Prod, batch jobs are just sitting in waiting status and not processing after Data Centre move by my organisation. I've most material on the net to resolve this issue but none seems to have worked. It has been suggested I should recreate the jobs. Interestingly the batch jobs are processing in test environment.

It has been suggested I should recreate the jobs . To test this first, I wanted to create a batch in test environment and withhold the current one and running the newly created to be sure it will work before deploying to Prod.

When trying to add task to the job, the list populates other classes names but didn't populate the class name for the job being created. Please how else can I get the class name added to the batch job. System didn't accepting manual adding it error.

Regards

Fade

    Hi Fade,

Some batch jobs were initialized using coding or periodic tasks. In multiple cases, there is indeed no lookup. Have also a look at my blog where I did explain some of them: dynamicspedia.com/.../standard-batch-jobs-ax2012

When a database was moved from one environment to another, you have to follow the next steps:

    - Disable batches which can interact with other external integrations.

    - Change file paths if data will be imported or exported

    - Check the Server configuration form. Check all the AOS machines if they are enabled as batch server.

    - Check the Batch group settings. Enable the groups for the batch AOS servers which are activated.
