I have added annual income and aadhar card no but its not updating even after the update successful message

I try to add two new forms, and input data, it can be displayed
1. Find the form corresponding to the contact profile.
2. Add form.
3.Save and publish.
4.Click Sync configuration on the edit interface of the portal.
5.The test results are as follows:
You can clear your browser's data cache and follow the steps again.
I have tried this, but still it's not working. Its not updating at all
