Hi All,
We are able to see the Phone number in /Contact details/ for customer but the same Phone number is not appearing in the Customer details main page.
This is for few customers only as we are able to see the Phone numbers for few customers on Customer details page.
I have already posted this issue in AX forum, but not sure whether it is visible for experts or not after update in dynamics community.
Phone number is already checked as Primary in contact details but still it is not visible on master form.
When we uncheck and checked again the Primary in contact details, then it is visible on master form.
We cannot do one by one the above process as it is a time consuming task.
What we can do to reflect the phone numbers on master form.
We tried to compile and sync the LogisticsElectronicAddress and DirPartyTable, still it is not visible on master form.
Please advise how we can analyze this issue.
