At the moment, we’re encountering an access issue when attempting to log in. The error message we’re seeing is quite generic, but based on our investigation, we believe it may be due to one of the following:

An ISV solution project has not yet been created in LCS
Our partner tenant has not been properly configured for access.

Can you confirm you have successfully accessed LCS with the same account in the past.

Could you try opening LCS in private window mode?

Hi,

The possible reasons you mentioned can't be related to your issue. LCS is an admin portal for customers. ISVs and partners are optional.

As Komi suggested, confirm you had access before on the same account and use an in-private browser session or clear browser cache and data. If you keep having issues while you had access before, check if you login on the correct region.

Suggested Action for LCS ArgumentError:

Please try the following steps:

Open LCS in an Incognito window.

Clear browser cache and cookies, then log in again.

Ensure your account has the correct LCS project permissions in Azure AD.

Access LCS via https://lcs.dynamics.com instead of bookmarks.

Check the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard for any LCS outages.

If the issue persists, raise a Microsoft support ticket and include a screenshot, browser console logs, and the steps taken.
