In Dynamics GP. I have an email setup to send from for Vendor Remittance. I need to change that email address. How do I do that?

Dynamics GP does not have a specific, 'email setup to send from for the Vendor Remittances.' When the e-mails are sent out, they are sent out based on the e-mailing setup and the e-mail account that the user is logged into (EXCHANGE) or the default account on that specific machine (MAPI). Are you referring to the e-mail that is used with the vendor remittances are sent out? Or do you mean the e-mail account which replies can be sent to back from the vendor? If you are wanting to change the replies e-mail, that can be found under Administration Series > E-mail Message Setup > then select the correct Message ID for your vendor remittances.

I am referring to the email address Vendor remittance are sent from. We don't want them to be from John.smith@somedomain.com we want it to be AP@somedomain.com
