Close Out Fiscal Period by Department

We are using different Main and Department accounts for different entities. I am interested in closing out fiscal periods for those individual entities at the time, instead of having to close out specific periods for all entities (admin>Setup>Company>Fiscal Periods). Anybody know of a way to do this?

    Hey Mhillenberg,

    There is no way to accomplish this.

    What might work for you is to inactivate the Accounts that these are for. Noone can then post to them.
